The ministry reaches out to all men in the local church to strengthen and support them in their Christian walk and as spiritual leaders in their families.

God called men to be spiritual leaders in their families and as such the aim of this ministry is
- To equip and empower men to lead, serve and influence their families, church, workplace and community for Christ with Godly principles and integrity.
When men accept their Godly responsibility to lead in their homes, work and community, stability and peace would be achieved in these places.
